We do not accept returns of our products, nor do we offer refunds.
Providing Button Chimp with low quality, low resolution, images will result in a low quality, low resolution button. For tips on providing high quality artwork, please see our Artwork Guidelines page.
When your order has been placed we begin working on it immediately. Once the order has been placed there is a minimum cancellation fee of 10% of the order total. If your order has begun production we cannot offer a refund.
If you paid for a rush turnaround time, and we are unable to meet your required ship date we will offer you a full refund. We do not offer refunds for late packages that have shipped on time, and were delayed due to weather, or carrier mistakes. We always recommend a 1 day buffer to account for derailed trains, or weather interruptions.
Turnaround times are from proof approval. If you require us to design your artwork you will need to add additional days to the turnaround, to calculate your arrival date. Contact us ahead of time for clarification.
We collect information that you provide us during checkout, and only use this information to full-fill your order. We do not provide your information to any other parties. We hate spam too!
By providing Button Chimp with any artwork, or image, you certify that you are the owner, creator, or authorized to use the provided artwork for your project. You, the customer, assume full legal responsibility for any action taken against, or damages to Button Chimp.
